VC900 Pump

Featuring wider impeller vane openings to transport gas through the production string, the VC900 was developed in response to the growing trend of steeper decline rates and low-flow, gassy conditions in maturing U.S. shale fields.

Vortex and Rotary Gas Separators

When installed at the pump intake, gas separators use centrifugal force to isolate and remove large bubbles from the fluid mixture. Our INTERCEPT™ gas separators are available in Rotary or Vortex designs in a variety of configurations for your specific conditions.

Gas Handlers

Installed above the separator, the gas handler is designed to break up residual gas bubbles and condition the fluid mixture to enhance natural lift efficiency. Each model is manufactured with a fixed stage count and is compatible with configurations that include or exclude a gas separator.

Proprietary PULSE® VSD Anti-Gas-Locking Software

To help control gas passing through our pumps, our PULSE® Variable Speed Drives are programmed with proprietary gas lock prevention software. Reaction Delay and Gas Lock Prevention timers can automatically reduce the frequency of the motor to allow gas slugs to move through the production string.
